Menu Plan Monday: Week of February 5, 2018
Snack: Pumpkin chocolate chip mini muffins & strawberries
Lunch: Salmon and vegetable croquettes (from Trader Joe’s), cucumbers/tomatoes/peppers, and clementines
Snack: String cheese and clementine
Lunch: Hot lunch for the girls (on the menu: pancakes, scrambled eggs)
Snack: Popcorn cakes, veggies, and spreadable cheese
Lunch: Leftover salmon sticks and farro salad
Dinner: Spicy Asian Meatballs with Veggie Fried Rice and roasted sweet potatoes
Snack: Roasted edamame beans and grapes
Lunch: School lunch (on the menu: mac & cheese, ratatouille, tortilla soup)
Snack: Yogurt pouch and pumpkin seeds
Lunch: Sunbutter banana/pear pinwheels, cucumbers/tomatoes, & orange smiles
