Menu Plan Monday: Week of June 15, 2015
Learn how to expand your child’s palate, eat intuitively, and use heart healthy cooking oils in this week’s Link Love. Plus my fave recipe posts from last week and this week’s menu.
Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. We had fun celebrating my husband’s birthday Saturday night with a romantic dinner for two and yesterday as a family. Saturday’s dinner included truffle mac and cheese and some truffled button mushrooms, both of which were delish and especially apropos after the Mushroom Council farm tour I attended last week. You may have seen some of my mushroom pics on Instagram – if you didn’t, be sure to check them out here and here.
This week is going to be a busy one, so I’m not sure how much cooking I’ll actually be doing. I have a bunch of projects to get done before we head out of town on Saturday for a week away with my husband’s family. Just a head’s up that you may not see a lot from me next week 😕 . In the meantime, check out some of the great links from around the web last week and a glimpse of this week’s menu plan.
Have a great week!
