Hope everyone had a great weekend! Summer is definitely here in our house: we’ve been grilling and enjoying lots of seasonal fruit and veggies. I can’t believe the end of this week is already July 4th! The summer always goes by so fast! Wednesday: Girl’s Night Out!
Thursday: Anniversary Dinner Celebration
Friday: Grilled Chicken, Marinated Zucchini with Mint, and Trader Joe’s Quinoa Duo
Saturday: Off Duty
Sunday: BBQ Time! Hamburgers and Turkey Burgers with Tomato Jam, Grilled Corn on the Cob, Red Cabbage Slaw, and Blueberry Basil Coolers

I was planning to make mushroom farrotto for dinner, but I really love that mushroom onion frittata! That might just make an appearance tonight instead 🙂
