Ingredients
2
boneless skinless chicken breasts,
cooked and finely chopped
1/3

finely chopped dried apricots
1/3

finely chopped fresh pineapple

stalk celery,
finely diced

stalks green onions,
chopped

chopped almonds

cup
nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper,
to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Chill until cold.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
