If you’ve been reading my blog for a while now, you know that I believe all foods fit in your diet when eaten and enjoyed in moderation. One food that has caused a lot of debate in the past couple of years is flavored milk, especially its presence in schools. As I’ve mentioned before, removing flavored milk from schools will only further the shortage of certain nutrients like calcium and vitamin D that are already lacking in children.
