Eggs Anytime Recipe Roundup

February 4, 2015

Eggs are nutritious and delicious to eat anytime of day, whether breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Try some recipes from this eggs anytime recipe roundup!

Most people think of eggs as a breakfast food, but they really play a role in every meal, whether hard boiled in a salad for lunch, scrambled into pad Thai for dinner, or poached and added to a pizza or a side of asparagus. Not to mention the use of eggs as a binder in other recipes like pancakes and casseroles. There are endless ways to use the incredible egg! Here are some of my favorites from my blog and fellow bloggers.

  1. Oh boy, I could eat eggs for bfast, lunch, dinner, oh and for snacks..Nutritious, inexpensive, and delicious what more could you ask for? Thanks for including my green bean salad recipe 😉

  2. Great round-up! My family and I love eggs. My daughter is going through a little bit of a picky eater phase and eggs are actually one of the few things that she’ll always eat. I make frittatas all the time and the ones above sound great!

    1. Thanks Sonali! Frittatas are a common meal in our house too – hence the multitude of recipes. I always know I have a winning meal on my hands for the kids with them!
